[asterisk-biz] Analog Terminal Adapter wanted with relay outputs

I've got a buddy who is doing some work that needs a "PTT"
functionality. He can create the back-end, but what he needs is an
analog terminal adapter (FXS) that will take some sort of command
(web? RFC2833? API of some sort?) that will close a relay capable of
handling 12vDC at an amp or so. Asterisk can be hacked to send the
right signal; he just needs a compact, all-in-one unit to deploy.

He only needs two or three of these, so custom development is out of
the question - a pre-existing model would be what is required.
Anyone know of such an animal?
