Hi guys,
I have the following problem
I have a polycom 650 that is provisioned with 6 lines all to the same extention!
When I'm on line 1 talking to some one and I have a ring comming in I can see that some one is on a second line but who is calling I don't see it on a screen!
How can I solve this problem?
I have a latest polycom firmaware.
