[asterisk-biz] Has anyone seen or written a 3rd party TAPI driver for asterisk?

Has anyone seen or written a 3rd party TAPI driver for asterisk?
I know there are several TAPI drivers like AstTapi from Omniis,
and several others as listed on this url

However we can not use these because they are all 1st party TAPI drivers.
Anyone?
